Lesson 19 - How to see the team, not only the win...
1. When a strong win-lose attitude is injected into a cooperative environment, what happens?
2. Identify one situation in your life that could be better for both people if win-lose were replaced with win-win -- if cooperation replaced competition.
Lesson 20 - How to map out the big win...
1. In what situations would a win-win agreement help both parties to stay focused on win-win?
2. Make this a win-win week!!! Since you probably naturally look to take care of yourself and your own win, this week focus on helping others win. Slow down and understand where others are coming from and then help them achieve their goals. What is one situation in your life where a win-win agreement would help you continue thinking win-win?
